About the Role

Ramboll Window Fashions is seeking a skilled Window Shade Installer to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful installation of window shades and treatments for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Installation Planning: Determine the most efficient installation procedures and layouts to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Documentation: Accurately document and prepare invoices and work orders for all installations.
  • Pre-Installation Preparation: Measure and mark guidelines for installations, and prepare and maintain work materials and supplies.
  • Equipment Operation: Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, and utilize hand and power tools as needed.
  • Scaffolding and Platforms: Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms as required.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient installation.
