The Role

We are looking for a Digital Tagging Analyst to play a critical role in enhancing our data collection, functional tagging, and analysis capabilities. As a Digital Tagging Analyst, you will:

  • Optimize Tagging. You will implement and maintain accurate tagging for all digital components to track user behaviours, interactions and offers that trigger engagement.
  • Share Actionable Insights. You will analyze collected data to identify trends, and opportunities for improvement. You will develop and maintain a digital reporting dashboard to consolidate data and provide actionable insights.
  • Enhance User Experience. You will contribute to revamping the app platform, ensuring new features and functionalities are seamlessly integrated and user-friendly.
  • Execute Digital Strategy. You will contribute to the digital roadmap, drawing in information gathering through effective tagging strategies.
  • Recommend Cost Savings Initiatives. You will identify and execute cost-saving strategies, reducing reliance on external vendors and improving in-house capabilities.

What You Bring

You are passionate about making insights-driven recommendations that deliver high business value. You may be coming from a digital media company, a digital marketing agency, or an in-house digital marketing team at a large retail or consumer-driven corporation. You are proficient with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tableau, modern data management tools, and MS Office. You can nurture relationships across internal and external teams, adapting to the working style of your colleagues and embracing our culture.
