Job Summary

MANN INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION LTD. is seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for identifying staffing requirements, collecting and screening applicants, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them
  • Collect and screen applicants, ensuring they meet the necessary qualifications and requirements
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements, terms and conditions, and company policies
  • Review candidate inventories and make recommendations for hiring
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers and candidates
  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and other recruitment sources
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation
  • Experience working in a similar role or industry
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 32-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
