Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

MANN INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, collecting and screening applicants, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Collect and screen applicants, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, including eligibility for entitlements and staff training.
  • Review candidate inventories and make recommendations for hiring.
  • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and provide information about the company and the position.
  • Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to fill staffing needs.
  • Determine eligibility for entitlements and arrange staff training.
  • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties.
Requirements:
  • Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Work Environment:

The Recruitment Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of professionals dedicated to providing excellent service to our clients.

Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Hours of Work:

32 to 40 hours per week.
