Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at PCL Constructors. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment efforts for multiple departments, including high-level positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement proactive recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent and support robust candidate funnels against hiring forecasts.
  • Prioritize candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, utilizing our Employee Value Proposition to position PCL as an employer of choice.
  • Maintain and update our applicant tracking recruitment database, analyzing statistics to report Key Performance Indicators.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with district HR and hiring managers to ensure effective recruitment support.
  • Stay informed of market conditions, trends, and programs to collaborate on strategic recruitment recommendations.
  • Support international recruitment efforts to expand our global talent pool.
Requirements
  • Postsecondary diploma or degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in a high-volume corporate recruiter role or experienced agency role.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of multiple industry practices is an asset.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to develop and maintain professional networks.
  • Previous experience recruiting construction professionals is considered an asset.
