At Assent, we're seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead our product development efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for guiding the evolution of our product, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers and stays ahead of the competition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product roadmaps based on market data and customer insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features and enhancements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define opportunities for using AI and ML to solve problems.
- Contribute to defining the strategy and vision for product areas.
- Advocate for continuous delivery practices for rapid and reliable product releases.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure success.
- Adapt strategies based on actionable insights and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant and progressive experience in Product Management for a SaaS company.
- A University, College and/or Post Graduate certificate in Business Administration or any technical discipline would be advantageous.
- Ability to understand and define opportunities related to artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML).
- Experience and professional interest in GenAI and LLM.
- Proven ability to build consensus and alignment.
- Deep understanding of SaaS.
- Avid consumer of current and emerging technologies.
- Experience with data-driven decision making, user engagement metrics/insight and business intelligence and analytics use cases.
- Understanding of software development processes and lifecycle, and quality assurance principles.
