Job Title: Sales Operations Leader – Large Fans

StandardAero is seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Leader – Large Fans to join our Airlines & Fleets Sales and Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful operation of our front-end business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Lead the integration of Salesforce across our organization, ensuring seamless data capture and reporting.
  • Provide regular sales and customer demand reports to leadership and facilities management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate data maintenance and user requests for data.
  • Plan and maintain the currency of our Salesforce database, coordinating with IT and third-party vendors as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales operations or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to collaborate and contribute to our total business model.
  • Thorough knowledge of Salesforce, preferably including administrative-level usage.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
