Job Title: Sales Operations Leader – Large Fans

StandardAero is seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Leader – Large Fans to join our Airlines & Fleets Sales and Marketing team. This role will play a key part in supporting the sales, marketing, and customer programs teams in terms of customer relationship management, sales tracking, and operations planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute CRM strategy and execution for the Airlines & Fleets division, including integration of Salesforce systems and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Track and report on sales and customer demand versus induction capacity, ensuring data accuracy and usability.
  • Provide regular reports to leadership and facilities management to enable informed decision-making.
  • Support user requests for data and plan for database currency, coordinating with IT and third-party vendors as needed.
  • Coordinate with other divisions to ensure StandardAero secures best value for money relating to Salesforce investment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales operation/CRM role with delivered and sustainable results.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with ability to collaborate and contribute to total business model success.
  • Thorough knowledge of Salesforce, preferably including administrative level usage.
  • Strong planning, organizational, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, decision-making, oral, and written communication skills.
  • A strong background in customer engagement and/or support.
  • A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration in an organization.
Reporting:

The position reports to the Vice President – Marketing within StandardAero's Airlines & Fleets Sales and Marketing team.
