Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop strategies to achieve work schedules.
  2. Oversee and coordinate the activities of personnel involved in food preparation and portioning.
  3. Instruct staff on their job responsibilities, hygiene practices, and safety protocols.
  4. Ensure food quality and service standards are consistently met.
  5. Prepare financial budgets and cost projections.
  6. Resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively.
  7. Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
  8. Compile and present reports as necessary.
  9. Organize work schedules for staff.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.
