Position Overview

As a Culinary Services Supervisor at Visharch Restaurants Inc., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our food service team. Your leadership will ensure that our culinary offerings meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work Environment
  • Engage in on-site customer service within a vibrant restaurant setting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Recruit and hire food service personnel.
  • Ensure that food quality and service adhere to established standards.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Oversee the assembly of food trays to ensure quality presentation.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
Supervisory Scope

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.

Transportation and Travel

Public transportation options are readily available for commuting.
