Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules
  • Order food and kitchen supplies as needed
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, hygiene, and safety protocols
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
  • Recruit and hire food service personnel
  • Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met
  • Prepare financial budgets and cost projections
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or issues
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
  • Compile and submit operational reports
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
  • Possess knowledge of the culinary styles offered by the establishment
  • Supervise the assembly of food trays
  • Oversee the delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish and manage work schedules for staff
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise a team of 3-10 individuals, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.
