Position Overview: Demand Generation Marketing Manager

Compensation: $120,000 - $137,500 CAD salary, employee equity plan grant, and comprehensive benefits.

We are in search of a driven and skilled Demand Generation Marketing Manager to enhance our marketing efforts. This role will focus on creating and implementing multi-channel demand generation campaigns aimed at increasing qualified leads and pipeline growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, be data-oriented, and have a proven history of success in B2B demand generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement robust demand generation strategies to boost Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and meet revenue objectives.
  • Drive awareness, engagement, and conversion through various channels, including digital marketing, email campaigns, social media, events, and affiliate marketing.
  • Manage CRM systems to optimize lead nurturing processes, segmentation strategies, and personalized customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to synchronize marketing initiatives with sales objectives, ensuring a smooth transition of leads.
  • Analyze data to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate the success of demand generation campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in demand generation and digital marketing, identifying opportunities for innovation.
  • Work collaboratively with product marketing, content marketing, and creative teams to craft compelling messaging and content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Engage with external partners and agencies to execute demand generation initiatives effectively.

Qualifications:

About You:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment focused on demand generation or digital marketing, with a proven ability to deliver measurable results.
  • Expertise in marketing automation tools, particularly HubSpot, and lead management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting to assess campaign performance.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities, able to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and levels.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Results-driven approach focused on achieving measurable outcomes and maximizing ROI on marketing efforts.
