We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth plan and ensuring the company maintains its position as a leader in the design of parts and accessories for powersports vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers and technical experts to deliver high-quality products on time and on budget;
- Provide inspirational leadership to foster good working relationships within the team and with other departments;
- Promote a culture of innovation within the team and implement industry best practices to improve our product development process;
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and world-class practices to inform our strategic plan;
- Actively participate in the development of our subsidiary's strategic plan;
