Payroll & HR Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll & HR Administrator to join our team at Kautex, a leading company in the automotive manufacturing industry. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees and management team.
Key Responsibilities- Payroll Management: Manage payroll by providing relevant employee information, resolving issues, making system updates, and processing payroll.
- HR Support: Serve as the first point of contact for employees for all issues and grievances related to payroll, attendance, lay-off, OT, and other related topics.
- Employee Relations: Answer and problem solve employees' queries about HR-related issues, including disciplinary actions and investigations.
- HR Systems: Update internal databases and employment statuses, including all employee data information in Peoplesoft, Resources for You, and Kronos.
- Training and Development: Organize and maintain personnel records, and provide training to employees on HR systems and processes.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and government regulations.
- Reporting and Analytics: Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics, including attrition, absenteeism, and diversity.
- Education: University degree (MBA, BWL, or comparable) with HR focus.
- Experience: Experience with Kronos and PeopleSoft, as well as knowledge of applicable employment laws and government regulations.
- Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel, and English business fluency.
- Competencies: Drive for results, empathy, priority setting, customer orientation, self-development, conflict management, compassion, ethics and values, and organizational talent.
This is a full-time position with a first shift schedule. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
