We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Dispatcher to join our team at Canadian Flatbeds Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and ensuring timely delivery to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement efficient dispatch plans to meet customer demands
- Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and analyze transportation data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the operations team to resolve issues and improve processes
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- 3-4 years of experience in transportation or logistics
- Strong knowledge of transportation management systems and software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
