About the Role

The Client Experience and Advisory Services Representative will play a key role in enhancing the overall experience of members and clients at Desjardins. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that members and clients feel welcome, listened to, and supported in their financial empowerment journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to members and clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, promoting Desjardins products and services, and providing personalized solutions to meet the unique needs of each member and client.
  • Identify business opportunities and refer members and clients to colleagues who can provide specialized support.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest standards, products, and services in the field, ensuring that members and clients receive the best possible advice and support.
  • Uphold compliance, security, and risk management standards, ensuring a safe and secure environment for members and clients.

Requirements
  • High school diploma in a related field
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Advanced proficiency in English due to the nature of the duties or work tools, or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members, and/or clients
  • Knowledge of all counter and convenience products and services
  • Knowledge of all Desjardins products and services aimed at caisse members and those offered by business centers, components, distribution networks/channels, and those of competitors
  • Knowledge of integrating data into systems
  • Knowledge of security measures, legal framework, and internal controls
  • Understanding of the philosophy and fundamentals of financial services cooperatives
  • Knowledge of operating procedures related to convenience products and services and automated and assisted transactions
  • Knowledge of service standards
  • Available for travel in the Casselman, St-Isidore, and Embrun region
