Requirements:
  • Proven experience in field operations management, with a strong track record of team building and leadership.
  • Knowledge of CATV, CATV plant maintenance, construction, planning, installations, and service experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Decision-making skills and good judgment, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business performance.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to provide a driver's abstract annually.
