Position Overview

Bassani Tech is seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and have between 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on the efficiency of computer systems and networks.
  • User Support: Assist users facing challenges with their computer systems.
  • Research Solutions: Utilize user guides, technical manuals, and other resources to identify and implement effective solutions.
  • Training and Advice: Provide guidance and training to users based on identified challenges.
  • Problem Logging: Maintain a comprehensive log of issues and solutions for reference by other technical support staff.
  • Application Redesign: Engage in the redesign process of applications and software.
  • System Support: Offer business systems, network, and Internet support to users as needed.
  • Equipment Setup: Prepare equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software.
  • Backup Operations: Conduct backup and recovery operations for web servers.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Incident Management: Oversee and manage incidents effectively.
Technical Knowledge

Proficiency in networking hardware is essential for this role.

Transportation Requirements
