About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at BOTA VENTURES INC. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and make recommendations.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling products to customers.
  • Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment by merchandising products effectively.
  • Operations: Perform tasks such as operating a cash register, processing transactions, and maintaining store inventory.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail sales experience.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
