Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and effective way.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment by adhering to company visual standards, including merchandise displays, signage, and store cleanliness.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in achieving sales goals by providing product knowledge, supporting sales initiatives, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
  • Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, inventory management, and store maintenance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals, provide support, and maintain a positive and inclusive store environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong time management and priority-setting skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
