Job Summary

LMT Trucking 2015 Ltd. is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our team. As an Administrative Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Resolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Organized and reliable with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide support to colleagues as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with data entry and report preparation.
