Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our team at LMT Trucking 2015 Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to office staff, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with the coordination of office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Organized and reliable.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Team player.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of experienced professionals. The work environment is dynamic and requires the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
