Administrative Support Officer

LMT Trucking 2015 Ltd. is seeking an Administrative Support Officer to join our team in office operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. They will also have proficiency in MS Office and other computer software.
