Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Implementation Specialist to join our team at ADP, Inc. As a key member of our Implementation organization, you will be responsible for delivering enterprise-level Payroll, HR, Time and Attendance, and Benefits Solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and set up ADP's Workforce Now (WFN) methodology for clients, ensuring accurate and compliant HR system configurations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal team members on HR configuration, analysis, and testing.
  • Assist in designing and delivering training programs for clients and internal team members on WFN implementation methodology and Time system configurations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and escalate critical issues to senior leadership as necessary.
  • Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and project delivery.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of human resources experience or relative field.
  • Effective communication: verbal and written skills in English & French.
  • Excellent client management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work mentor, be resourceful, and be a strong team player.
