- Develop full-scale project plans using a predictive approach and effectively communicate project expectations.
- Liaise with project stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

- Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of projects.
- University degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of six (6) years of experience in project management or related work experience.
- Certification from a recognized Project Management Association, such as PMI's Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) or PRINCE2's Practitioner.
- Experience with presenting to and facilitating various group sizes and senior-level management would also be a requirement.
- Experience managing IT or finance projects across multiple organizations or functional areas and high-pressure environments.
- Experience in a government setting.
- Certification or experience in Change Management.
- Certification or experience in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt, Green Belt, or Black Belt).
