Retail Store Manager

At Tony's India Food Center, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales staff, including assigning duties, providing training, and resolving issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain our inventory, ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked and our products are easily accessible to customers.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules for our sales staff, ensuring that our store is adequately staffed during peak hours.
- Security and Safety: Ensure that our store is secure and safe for customers and staff, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
