Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Paul Kler Mini Food Market. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, maintain inventory levels, and ensure accurate stock counts.
  • Scheduling and Workload Management: Create and manage schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
  • Cash Handling and Sales: Process transactions, manage cash handling, and meet sales targets.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and implement inventory control measures.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, meeting company standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Availability: 30 to 40 hours per week.
