Butcher - Meat Cutter - Retail Sales Associate

Parsian Fine Food Ltd is seeking a skilled Butcher to join our team. As a Butcher, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting meats for sale in our retail store.
Key Responsibilities- Cutting and Preparing Meats: Clean and cut meats to prepare for processing or cutting, cut carcasses, sides, and quarters, and prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers.
- Meat Handling and Display: Wrap and package prepared meats, remove bones from meat, weigh meats for sale, and cut poultry into parts.
- Customer Service: Sell meats to customers, price meat products, and provide excellent customer service.
- Teamwork and Supervision: Supervise other butchers, meat cutters, and fishmongers, train meat cutters, and work as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and handling heavy loads.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
