As a highly skilled Business Development Specialist at Trans-United Consultants Ltd, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies. Your expertise in business development and sales processes, targets, KPI's, budgeting, pipeline management, commercial terms and conditions, and contract law will be essential in achieving this goal.

Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of estimating processes, including material take-offs, material costs, labour calculations, and productivity rates.
• Ability to build budgets, schedule projects, and plan for risk and execution.
• Excellent presentation, negotiating, and closing skills.

Requirements:

A degree or diploma in Business Development, Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration is required. You should have a strong understanding of structural and platework steel fabrication, design/connections, modularization, and erection practices.
