Work Environment

Your role will involve:

  • Maintenance and service operations
  • Repair and overhaul of machinery
  • Machine set-up and shopwork
Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Identify and troubleshoot machinery irregularities and malfunctions
  • Repair or replace faulty machinery components
  • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment
  • Install machinery and related equipment
  • Operate hoisting and lifting devices
  • Join pipes and piping sections through soldering and welding
  • Test piping systems for leaks using air and water pressure gauges
Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Trade Certification
  • Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Red Seal Endorsement
Equipment Experience

Familiarity with the following equipment is essential:

  • Fans and blowers
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Power tools
  • Pumps and compressors
  • Turbines
  • Hand tools
  • Storage and silage systems
Specialization Areas

Your expertise should include:

  • Troubleshooting
  • Vibration analysis
Safety and Security

We prioritize safety; therefore, you must be:

  • Bondable
Transportation Requirements

Having your own transportation is necessary for this role.

Physical Demands

This position requires:

  • Ability to handle heavy loads
