Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patrol Maintenance Technician to join our team at Webber Infrastructure Management Canada Limited. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our roadways and maintenance equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on roadways, including snow removal, salting, and sanding.
  • Operate and maintain heavy equipment, such as snowplows and graders.
  • Inspect and repair roadways, bridges, and other infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal road conditions.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Minimum three years' experience in construction, road maintenance, or a related field.
  • Valid Ontario Class "DZ" Driver's License and MTO Operator's Permit required.
Work Environment

As a Patrol Maintenance Technician, you will work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, exposed to various weather conditions. You will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
