Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Tabitha. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance in apartment units throughout the Niagara region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and upkeep of apartment units
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of equipment and systems
  • Respond to maintenance requests and perform corrective maintenance as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of performed maintenance tasks
  • Keep hand tools, power tools, and supplies organized and clean
  • Operate a truck with dump trailer with ease
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Heavy lifting required
  • Must be comfortable working with others and be reliable
  • Ability to work with protective gear provided
  • Must be able to deal with situations involving bed bugs, cockroaches, or other pests
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25 plus bonuses. Our schedule is Monday to Friday, with weekends and holidays off.
