Position Overview:

As an Agricultural Operations Coordinator under the supervision of the Agro Manager, you will be tasked with providing exceptional service to our clients, overseeing the upkeep of fertilizer storage and related equipment, managing the loading and unloading of transport vehicles, and ensuring the cleanliness of the department. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Assisting in the upkeep of fertilizer storage facilities
  • Receiving and organizing inventory shipments
  • Managing the unloading of feed transport vehicles and various machinery
  • Delivering agricultural products to farmers and other designated locations
  • Supporting maintenance activities at various sites
  • And additional tasks as required

Our organization plays a crucial role in supporting our member-owners and the communities across Western Canada. We seek candidates who possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of pertinent experience
  • A valid Class 5 driver's license
  • The capability to operate heavy machinery safely
  • Comfort and familiarity with working with NH3
  • Physical stamina for manual tasks and lifting
  • Flexibility regarding work hours
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Integrity, results-driven mindset, and commitment
