Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and integrate project scope for all entities into the total project plan
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring data integrity across the project life cycle
  • Implement key scheduling requirements, including activity coding, naming conventions, and resource management
  • Support resource planning and analysis, forecasting resource requirements
  • Perform productivity analysis and establish productivity basis for estimates
  • Prepare progress reports and dashboards for internal and external clients
  • Analyze schedule variance and monitor schedule KPIs
  • Develop progress measurement processes and analyze performance data
  • Manage schedule change notices and forecast project impact
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years planning experience in Civil projects
  • Bilingual French and English required
  • Proven experience in planning, scheduling, and managing complex projects
  • Expert level knowledge of project planning and scheduling software
