Job Title: Director National Client Group

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven professional to lead our National Client Group in Quebec City. As a Director, you will be responsible for growing the portfolio of business clients assigned to you, identifying and developing business opportunities, and establishing business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the client portfolio
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Provide financial analysis and advice to clients to help them achieve their business objectives
  • Manage and optimize financial products and sales approaches to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with internal partners to deliver exceptional client service
  • Lead and develop less experienced team members
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience in sales and business development within the financial industry
  • Master's degree and 8 years of experience or Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience
  • Mastery of the syndication process
  • In-depth expertise in financial and business analysis
  • Solid experience in commercial credit and mergers and acquisitions
  • Experience in sales and business development
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
