Director of Client Relations

We are seeking a highly skilled Director, Client Relations to join our team at IFG International Financial Group Ltd. This is a unique opportunity to work with a top Financial Institution in Canada and contribute to the success of their client relations team.
Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing effective and proactive service.
- Business Development: Participate in the set-up process, working closely with plan sponsors, advisors, and the head office set-up team to provide services based on the service model of Retirement Savings Products and Services, Canada.
- Investment Options: Participate in meetings of the pension committee and review of investment options to ensure alignment with client needs.
- Training and Education: Provide assistance and information to the Financial Education team and the National Training Advisor team for continuing education needs.
- Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the Canadian pension industry.
- Language Skills: Bilingual (French and English) is required.
- Knowledge and Education: Knowledge of non-registered group retirement and savings plans, undergraduate degree in administration, economics, or finance, and understanding of laws and regulations governing pension plans and investments.
- Certifications: CEBS or RPA title is an asset.
