Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and proactive support.
  • Collaborate with plan sponsors, advisors, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide expert guidance on Retirement Savings Products and Services, Canada, and participate in meetings with the pension committee.
  • Support the Financial Education team and National Training Advisor team in continuing education initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the Canadian pension industry.
  • Bilingual (French and English) language skills.
  • Knowledge of non-registered group retirement and savings plans.
  • Undergraduate degree in administration, economics, or finance (an asset).
  • Understanding of laws and regulations governing pension plans and investments.
  • CEBS or RPA title (an asset).
