Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner, providing assistance and answering questions as needed.
  • Switchboard Operations: Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and relaying information to staff members as required.
  • Scheduling and Record-Keeping: Manage and maintain accurate records of appointments, meetings, and other events, ensuring that all necessary information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, staff members, and other stakeholders, ensuring that all necessary information is shared in a timely and professional manner.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain a secure and safe working environment, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
