Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with and nurture relationships with our customers to develop long-term loyalty
  • Handle patron inquiries and provide accurate information and assistance
  • Assist with ticket sales and event promotions, including outreach efforts to connect with patrons
  • Consistently and accurately record and use key customer data
  • Strive for first contact problem resolution and provide gold-standard patron care

Skill Requirements

  • Fluently bilingual in both official languages
  • High School degree with a minimum of one year of related experience
  • Experience in customer service and dealing with various monetary transactions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with a team
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Strong problem-solving skills, organizational ability, and initiative
  • Familiarity and comfort with a computerized environment
  • Experience in ticket sales and Microsoft Teams is an asset
  • A past record of satisfactory attendance and punctuality is a requirement
