Role Summary:

  • Proficient in executing a wide range of radiographic procedures and knowledgeable in the operation of relevant radiography equipment.
  • Capable of conducting bone densitometry assessments.
  • Ensure a safe environment for colleagues, patients, and visitors.
  • Engage in the assessment and adoption of new technologies and procedures as necessary.
  • Collaborate with fellow diagnostic imaging professionals to maximize resource utilization.
  • Foster a patient-centered atmosphere.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required.

Important Note: The location of any position may be adjusted based on operational requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Valid registration with the CMRITO and CAMRT in good standing.
  • Adherence to continuing education mandates set forth by the CMRTO and CAMRT.
  • Previous experience in all areas of General Radiography is preferred.
  • Accreditation as a Densitometry Technologist (ADT) or equivalent recognized training is preferred.
  • Preference for candidates with documented training in DXA equipment and adherence to QA procedures as specified by manufacturers.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent patient care with a collaborative team approach.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • A positive attendance and work record is essential.
