Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Analyst to join our team at TD. As a key member of our Compliance function, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our business operations are in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Research and Analysis
    • Conduct research and analysis to identify potential compliance risks and develop recommendations to mitigate them.
    • Provide compliance support to internal partners, including business units and risk management teams.
  • Reporting and Tracking
    • Prepare and submit regular compliance reports to management and regulatory bodies.
    • Track and monitor compliance initiatives and programs across the organization.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including business units and risk management teams.
    • Communicate compliance information and updates to stakeholders, including management and regulatory bodies.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance compliance effectiveness.
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Undergraduate degree in a related field, such as business, law, or finance.
    • 2+ years of experience in compliance or a related field, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in the financial services industry.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
