Hygie Canada Inc. is a leading provider of infection prevention and medical consumables. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Business Development Manager to join our team.

About the Role

As a Territory Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for growing the volume of business in your assigned territory. You will be the primary point of contact for institutions, hospitals, and healthcare establishments, and will be responsible for building and maintaining trusted relationships with senior health purchasing group leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow the volume of business in your assigned territory
  • Be the primary point of contact for institutions, hospitals, and healthcare establishments
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior health purchasing group leaders
  • Identify opinion leaders and meet their expectations, highlighting the advantages of our products and converting them to our solutions
  • Organize regular visits to hospitals in the territory and conduct after-sales follow-ups, training, and presentations of new products
  • Maintain the customer database and record field actions in the CRM
  • Follow and establish effective strategies to achieve sales objectives
  • Transmit a weekly sales report
  • Participate in events and congresses by carrying out communication actions promoting meetings upstream, on site, and post-events
Qualifications
  • Sales experience (5 years+)
  • Strong prospecting, negotiating, and excellent closing skills
  • Be determined and results-oriented
  • Positive, persuasive, motivated, dynamic
  • Ability to understand customer needs and offer solutions
  • Commitment to providing quality customer service
  • Autonomous, proactive, and resourceful
  • Organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to travel extensively across your territory (3 days/week)
  • Hold a valid driver's license and a vehicle
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge in the field of healthcare or infection control
  • Sales experience in the medical field is an asset
  • Ability to work with pivot tables and generate analysis reports
  • Experience in group or individual training – an asset
  • Bilingualism (French) – an asset
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary according to skills, plus commissions and bonuses on achievement of objectives. We also provide an allowance for the use of your vehicle and travel, benefits, including medical and dental coverage, 3 weeks vacations and personal days, and a computer and cellphone.
