Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our managers, customers, and team members. The ideal candidate will excel in managing quotes, maintaining databases, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to key stakeholders, including managers, customers, and team members.
- Handle the daily receipt, setup, and distribution of incoming quotes.
- Conduct daily follow-ups with estimators on quote status.
- Liaise with customers and the estimating department on quote requirements.
- Update and maintain system databases, including Salesforce and UNIBIS.
- Perform daily reporting, filing, scanning, and archiving tasks.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation and processing of reports.
- Assist with paperwork and organization of documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in using system databases such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
