Job Title: Investment Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Representative to join our Trade Desk team. As a key point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for handling trade-related inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a superior client experience by resolving trade concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Become a product expert in all trade-related issues, including equities, options, fixed income, and more.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure proper handling and success of client issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of related work experience in a call center, preferably in a financial services environment.
  • Broad investment product knowledge in Equities, Derivatives, Fixed Income, Mutual Fund, FX, and more.
  • Proficiency in Python programming with a solid understanding of its core concepts and applications, relevant to financial trading.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively and precisely under unique circumstances.
  • Ability to set goals and work independently.
  • Stellar communication skills and ability to solve client issues.
  • IIROC licensed IR or have CSC, CPH, and DFOL up to date.
  • Available to work evening shifts, till 8 pm.
