Job Title: Investment Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Representative to join our Trade Desk team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls related to trade topics, providing exceptional client service, and resolving trade concerns in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a superior client experience, exceeding client satisfaction expectations.
  • Become a product expert in all trade-related issues, resolving concerns through strong cross-communication with multiple departments.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client service experiences, ensuring efficient processes and effective issue resolution.
  • Prioritize attention to detail, accurately entering client trade requests.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure proper handling and success of client issues.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of related work experience in a call center, preferably in a financial services environment.
  • Broad investment product knowledge in Equities, Derivatives, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds, FX, and more.
  • Proficiency in Python programming, with a solid understanding of its core concepts and applications, relevant to financial trading.
  • Understanding of firm risks, compliance requirements, and limitations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and precisely under unique circumstances.
  • Strong goal-setting and independent work skills.
  • Ability to become a subject expert, consolidating, solving, and refining trade-related issues.
  • Stellar communication skills and ability to solve client issues.
  • Willingness to navigate escalations, understanding risks and prioritizing them.
  • Solution-focused, working with multiple departments and traders to develop strong product knowledge and future opportunities.
  • IIROC licensed IR or have CSC, CPH, and DFOL up to date.
  • Availability to work evening shifts, till 8 pm.
