Join Our Team as an Investment Representative/Trade Desk Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding client experiences through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Become a product expert in trade-related issues, resolving client concerns in a professional manner.
  • Enhance client service experiences by identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a call center or financial services environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Python programming and ability to write and troubleshoot scripts.
  • Knowledge of investment products, including equities, derivatives, fixed income, and mutual funds.
  • IIROC licensing or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe.
