About the Role

Aviso Wealth Inc is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Investment Representative to join our Contact Centre team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their financial well-being, and helping them achieve their investment goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries via telephone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely information about our investment products and services.
  • Manage client orders and transactions, ensuring seamless execution and resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and news, providing clients with informed advice and guidance to help them make informed investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement and process enhancements, ensuring our services meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Requirements
  • Fluent communication skills in both English and French, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Post-secondary education in business, economics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Canadian Securities (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) certifications, with options licensing course and derivatives fundamentals course completion within six months of hire.
  • Three years of related work experience in the financial services industry, with securities registration as an investment representative within the past two years.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments, with a strong focus on customer service and continuous improvement.
