About the Role

BDO is seeking a highly skilled Senior Organizational Change Management Specialist to join our Change Management Office (CMO) team. As a key member of our CMO, you will be responsible for leading the successful implementation of changes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Change Management
    Apply change management discipline to ensure all people impacts are managed for initiatives where you are the change lead.
  2. Document and Produce Organizational Change Work
    Develop and produce organizational change work, including change readiness, input to communication development, input to talent management processes, input to leadership and ownership, learning/training, and change implementation and reinforcement plans.
  3. Communication and Stakeholder Management
    Establish personal engagement agreements with business sponsors and stakeholders to facilitate shared meaning and commitment to goals.
  4. Assess and Develop Change Management Plans
    Assess the impact of proposed changes on business operations, systems, and technology, and identify potential risks and benefits. Develop and implement change management plans, including communication plans, stakeholder engagement plans, and training plans.
  5. Monitor and Evaluate Change Management Plans
    Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management plans and strategies, and make adjustments as necessary.
Requirements
  1. Education
    University degree in business management or a related field, or equivalent working experience.
  2. Language
    Fluently bilingual in English and French is preferred.
  3. Prosci Certification
    Prosci Certification is a must-have.
  4. Experience
    3-5 years of change management experience, with comprehensive knowledge of change management principles and practices.
  5. Transformation/Project Management Experience
    3-5+ years of transformation/project management experience, including experience with the rollout of large, complex projects.
  6. Microsoft Suite Product Knowledge
    3-5 years of Microsoft Suite product knowledge, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  7. Leadership and Communication Skills
    Demonstrated experience working with executive-level stakeholders and managing expectations. Superior communication skills, including experience in developing and delivering presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Analytical and Organizational Skills
    Highly developed analytical skills, with the ability to use expert-level judgment for strategic thinking and problem-solving. Proven organizational abilities, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
