Job Title: Application Architect

Vantix Systems Inc is seeking an experienced Application Architect to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Application Architect to design and maintain solutions that use the development stack and derivative technologies (Microsoft.NET, Java, Python) within a large and complex organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement software solutions in a large and complex environment.
  • Document solution architecture in a large and complex environment.
  • Lead solution architecture and introduce the overall technical vision for large-scale Enterprise projects.
  • Communicate with stakeholders at all levels within an organization.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience working as an application architect in a large and complex enterprise environment.
  • Experience with large architectures and all associated best practices, methods, standards, tools, policies, and processes.
  • Experience working as an application architect designing or maintaining solutions that use the development stack and derivative technologies (Microsoft.NET, Java, Python, etc.) within a large and complex organization.
  • Experience in leading solution architecture and introducing the overall technical vision for large-scale Enterprise projects.
  • Experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels within an organization.
Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience providing leadership, planning, estimating, and presentations of architecture ideas and solutions.
  • Experience with Enterprise architectural elements like clustering, load balancing, caching, availability, disaster recovery, etc.
  • Experience and technical knowledge of application programming design patterns.
  • Technical knowledge of OWASP Top Ten Web Application Security Flaws.
  • Experience in writing and maintaining application architecture development standards and guidelines.
  • Certification in TOGAF.
  • Experience with cloud-native software development.
  • Experience with application modernization within a large and complex organization.
