We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Skycad Dental Technology Ltd. as a Policy and Procedure Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities- Policy and Procedure Development: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
- Work Prioritization and Coordination: Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Administrative Support: Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including administering policies and procedures related to the release of records.
- Office Services Coordination: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
